Description
• Assist the VP of People Operations with day-to-day operations. • Support HR functions including benefits, compliance, and employee engagement. • Maintain HR programs and complete special projects as needed. • Mentor team members in aligning with organizational vision.
Requirements
• A minimum of three years of People Operations/HR experience in Home Care. • Proficient in data entry. • Team-oriented; takes initiative and leads by example. • Experience using human resources information systems is required; Bamboo HR, Kantime, HHA Exchange, Quick Base, and Excel Force experience is preferred. • Moderate Information Technology (IT) experience is preferred. • Proficient in Microsoft Office. • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing. • High level of professionalism with ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
