•We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support our Experienced Hire Recruiting team as we identify, interview, and hire experienced professionals in our New York office. •Hiring the right people is one of the most important parts of our business. •We will train you in our day-to-day candidate coordination and the strategy behind our approach. •Your daily work will focus on supporting our Infrastructure and Trading teams, and will involve keeping our applicant tracking system updated, scheduling interviews, managing our recruiting calendars, coordinating live interviews as they happen, and helping us manage some of our other recruiting tools and platforms. •Our ability to get the little things right is what drives our success.

Requirements

•1-3 years of professional experience or a relevant recruiting/HR internship preferred •Eager to learn new skills and make an immediate impact •Able to communicate clearly with colleagues, candidates, and search firms •Approachable and humble about what you do and don’t know; not afraid to ask for help •Self-starter who works efficiently and is comfortable managing several different projects and priorities •Interested in the operations of the firm and how recruiting fits into the bigger picture •No financial industry experience required •Willing and able to learn new recruiting systems and tools •Travel to recruiting conferences and events will be required for this position
