• Crucial role supporting talent acquisition efforts • Manage communication and provide updates for candidate experience • Schedule and coordinate interviews across platforms • Assist with job postings and optimize strategies • Maintain accurate records in Greenhouse (ATS) • Support recruitment through various channels • Facilitate smooth onboarding processes • Provide administrative support to the People team • Promote employer brand through social media and events
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • 2-4 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or related roles • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software, preferably Greenhouse and Rippling • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong bias for action • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment • Passion for technology and AI is a plus
