Description
• Responsible for all Sales Department operations including hiring, training, & daily management of the team • Annual budget planning, sales meetings, & working closely with other departments
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of roofing sales experience in the property claims space (insurance claims) • Minimum 5 years of leadership / management experience • Strong leadership is a must • Must be able to articulate your personal approach / philosophy for leadership • Consistent history & track record of success in our industry - and references who can verify • Experience & comfortability with using mobile apps and computer technology • Reliable vehicle • Ability to perform various physical tasks including climbing ladders & working at roof heights • Lifting a minimum of 50 pounds.
