Requirements
• Availability to work from 11 am to 7 pm during your first 90 days for training and collaboration with your manager. • Ability to conduct property inspections of storm-damaged homes. • A team-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve collective goals. • Proficiency in initiating conversations with new people and educating customers about the insurance claims process. • Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development. • Enthusiasm for high earning potential and a desire to succeed in a sales career. • Willingness to work outdoors more than 75% of the time during your first year.
