Description

• Lead the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes to ensure the attraction, retention, and smooth onboarding of top talent. • Oversee global compliance management, ensuring adherence to local labor laws, regulations, and company policies across international offices. • Develop and implement HR policies and practices that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. • Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational goals and strategic priorities. • Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, and talent development. • Ensure the effective use of HR technology and systems to streamline processes and improve data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred. • 7+ years of experience in human resources or people operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including experience managing HR functions across multiple countries. • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee development, and HR strategy development. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills with a track record of building strong relationships across all levels of an organization. • Strong analytical skills and experience with HR metrics and data analysis. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. • Portuguese language skills a plus
