Description

• Responsible for supporting and assisting the Regional Property Manager in managing property performance • Manage resident interactions, team management, and increase resident retention • Complete accounting and bookkeeping tasks, collect payments, and manage property reputation • Assist in leasing and marketing activities onsite as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in property management as a Leasing Manager or Assistant Community Manager • Ability to train, develop, lead and mentor • Strong operational background required • Strong collections experience and Accounting/Bookkeeping skills required • YARDI or other property management software experience preferred • Team player with excellent leadership, supervisory and analytical skills • Must assist and/or work during onsite events as needed
