Description

• Support current and future business needs through effective development, engagement, and retention of talent. • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence on compensation planning and performance management. • Assist in employee relations issues and partner with benefits for communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field required. Masters in related field strongly preferred. • 5+ years’ experience as an HR Business Partner or Generalist. • Ability to travel 50-60% of the time required. • Intermediate to expert skills in Excel and PowerPoint required. • Proven record in project execution. • Ability to articulate and frame issues in ways that lead to effective resolution. • In-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal employment regulations. • Strong understanding of distinct functions in a business. • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to build and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels. • Excellent self-initiative and collaborative approach. • Experience working with remote HR shared services team a plus.
