• Provide outstanding support experiences to customers through Phone, Email, and live chat • Switch between communication channels as necessary • Prioritize customer needs and resolve issues efficiently • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve tickets • Improve product by understanding support-related trends • Work cross-functionally to address customer product issues • Document all customer support inquiries

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant customer service experience supporting customers through Phone and Live Chat • Expertise in clear, confident communication for handling financial transactions • Skilled in managing multiple chat interactions calmly and empathetically • Passionate about knowledge acquisition and complex problem-solving • Customer obsession and centricity • Ability to stay patient in a fast-paced startup environment • Experience using Zendesk is a plus • Bonus points for experience with small businesses or tech startups • Commitment to working in the NYC office at least 3 times per week
