Description

• Under the direction of the Senior Vice President (SVP), the Regional Vice President (RVP) will be responsible for identifying and securing new business for Pareto Health • The RVP will play a pivotal role in the growth and development of the Company • Cultivating new business and increasing the visibility of Pareto Health in the marketplace

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the self-insured market • Advanced knowledge of the designated marketplace • Familiarity with CRM applications a must • Must possess strong negotiating skills and excellent written and oral communication skills • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience • This position is REMOTE but candidate must live within the designated region or within a reasonable commute distance
