Description

• Pontera is seeking a self-motivated and experienced Sales Enablement Specialist to join our growing team. • This position will report to the Senior Sales Enablement Manager and be a strategic partner to our sales and marketing teams. • You'll support in building, developing, and scaling our sales enablement function to empower the sales team as they effectively position Pontera.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of related experience in a sales role, ideally within the SaaS or Financial Services industry • 2-3+ years in a sales enablement role, ideally within SaaS or Financial Services industry • Proven track record of taking sales-focused initiatives from conception to completion • Strong project management skills • Proven experience with learning management systems (LMS) and customer relationship management systems (CRMs) • Experience leveraging call coaching techniques along with their respected sales tools such as Outreach, Gong, etc. • Experience delivering managerial training a plus • Ability to proactively support a fast-paced and dynamic sales team • Experience working with a creative team to develop marketing materials (light design experience and comfort with creative tools is a plus)
