Description

• Create an active opportunities pipeline to meet quota objectives. This will be done through outbound prospecting and tapping of your existing network. The candidate we are looking for will be well-connected in the HRtech and Edutech space and have worked with and/or sold to recruiters and engineering teams in the past • Develop sales strategies and approach to target accounts and identify key personas • While the emphasis here is on sourcing deals and building a pipeline, you will have the option to be full-cycle and close the business you source. If you just want to focus on prospecting, that’s also fine

Requirements

• You have 2+ years of demonstrated ability to find and manage business in the HRtech and Edutech space. You can take a look at qualified.io for a sampling of our customer base to get an idea of the customers we serve. If you have connections to companies like those, we’d like to hear from you • You are independent and goal-oriented, with the ability to prospect outbound and utilize your existing network to build a pipeline • You have the ability to communicate a strong value proposition at the executive level • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quota
