Description

• Collaborate with the revenue team to achieve quarterly sales objectives. • Oversee post-sale processes for smooth execution. • Serve as primary point of contact for customers regarding product functionality. • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients. • Drive innovation and lead process improvement initiatives. • Establish and streamline processes across teams. • Proactively engage with clients to maintain ongoing business relationships. • Strategize to implement automation and sustainable operational strategies. • Generate and present reports aligning with key performance indicators (KPIs). • Engage with clients during events to strengthen relationships.

Requirements

• A creative problem-solver with a good business sense. • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills. • Direct experience in upselling complex managed software or usage-based models. • Highly motivated with impeccable work ethic. • Comfortable with uncertainty and thrives in a tight-knit, independent team. • An entrepreneurial attitude to take on tasks that support our clients' success. • 3+ years of customer or partner-facing experience, preference for B2B experience. • Highly competitive- hates to lose more than loves to win. • Verifiable sales success working at a start-up and/or growth stage companies. • Prior experience successfully managing external partners. • Ability to interface with executives easily. • Exceptional problem-framing, problem-solving, and project management skills. • Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. • Possess a proactive "can-do" mentality.
