Description

• Onboarding process for new hires, ensuring seamless transition. • Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with policies. • Collaborate with recruitment team for interviews and candidate communications. • Lead employee engagement initiatives for positive workplace culture. • Provide administrative support to People Experience team. • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws. • Assist in coordinating training sessions and development programs. • Collaborate with People Experience team for strategic and operational initiatives.

Requirements

• Enthusiastic to contribute to a highly-collaborative environment at our NYC Headquarters at least 3 days a week. • 3+ years of relevant experience in a corporate environment (including internships). • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and People Experience systems preferred. • Experience with PEO preferred. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
