Description

• We are looking for a Sales Ops Senior Associate to join our growing operations team. • You will work on critical strategic GTM projects and drive pipeline analytics and success with our partners and sales team. • Dissect data and provide insights on opportunities and risks. • Be an expert in tools required to support Sales & Sales Operations and provide front-line support for the Sales and Marketing teams. • Assist Sales Operations with the management of projects, including tracking, timing and current status. • Manage inbound lead analysis and routing, maintaining data integrity, and de-duping. • Troubleshoot, track, and resolve Salesforce end-user issues. • Support sales data requirements and ensure data accuracy in Salesforce CRM. • Assist in automation of sales reports and processes, produce ad hoc reports, and participate in projects. • Collaborate with department stakeholders to develop, analyze, and maintain custom reports and dashboards to monitor performance and business processes. • Oversee the sales funnel and optimize sales processes. • Perform sales forecasting. • Work with leadership to develop organizational goals, define KPIs, and report and analyze them to make optimal business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales or Operations • Minimum of 1 year in a Sales Operations role and minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience • Adept with technology and able to learn systems quickly • Basic functional understanding of Salesforce CRM and experience with creating reports and dashboards • Proficient in Microsoft’s O365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office Applications • Strong process and analytical skills • A strong detail-orientation and high standard of quality and accuracy • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), particularly with executive audiences • Ability to communicate sales metrics and insights in a concise, actionable manner • Self-motivated, flexible, with the ability to manage multiple and often changing priorities • Proven ability to follow through / follow up to resolve issues. • Ability to work independently with moderate supervision. • Must also be willing to be a team player and coordinate with other areas of the business as needed.
