Description

• A dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our high-performing sales team • Primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on acquiring new client accounts • Develop and execute effective strategies to win new accounts and clients • Build strong and lasting relationships with potential clients, understanding their business and needs • Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas to contribute to the company's revenue growth • Continuous learning and staying current on industry best practices, sales techniques, and product knowledge

Requirements

• Proven track record (5 years+) of successful sales experience, particularly in new account acquisition for IT Managed Services providers in the SMB space • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, prospecting techniques, and negotiation strategies • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and persistent in pursuing leads and closing deals • Familiarity with ConnectWise software a plus • Familiarity with generative AI (ChatGPT, etc) and automation tools a plus • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing market conditions
