Description

• Manage the post-sale technical relationship for a portfolio of accounts • Participate in strategic meetings to support technical engagements • Know capabilities and help identify opportunities to leverage them • Lead development of project tracking and portfolio-specific goals • Ideate, scope, and program manage engineering work • Communicate and collaborate effectively with other leaders

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience in a technical client-facing role • Proficient working knowledge of Excel, Office and Outlook • Experience with SQL, web technologies/web programming languages, and APIs is strongly preferred • Demonstrable creative thinking and problem-solving abilities • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform in a fluid, fast-paced work environment • Experience working with clients, product, and engineering teams • Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively • Experience with digital advertising technology is a major plus
