• Proactively schedule all interviews for hiring teams • Drive an outstanding candidate experience throughout the interview process • Own the new requisition set-up and job posting process • Help scale and iterate on recruiting operations • Build and document new recruiting coordination processes • Serve as the onboarding point of contact • Coordinate the exit process for departing employees • Participate in HR and Recruiting initiatives • Assist HR team with tracking training attendance • Respond to initial unemployment claims and employment verifications • Maintain standards of strict confidentiality
• 2+ years of work experience in recruiting or HR-related fields • Experience managing projects and/or programs • Experience with ADP, Greenhouse, GEM, and Google suite preferred
