Description

• Seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist at Skywire Networks to provide comprehensive HR support. • Responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance. • Work closely with leadership and employees to foster a positive work environment. • Lead talent acquisition, compliance, training, payroll, and benefits administration initiatives. • Drive employee engagement and enhance HR operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) is a plus. • 5+ years of experience in HR operations, with a strong emphasis on payroll administration and compliance. • Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems; experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar platforms is preferred. • In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll and employment laws. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage data, analyze reports, and provide actionable insights. • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels. • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. • Experience in process improvement and project management is a plus.
