• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to understand their evolving needs • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams • Lead the onboarding process for new clients • Provide comprehensive training and support to clients • Develop and deliver training materials, user guides, and other resources • Monitor client accounts regularly to identify opportunities for growth • Analyze client usage data and provide insights and recommendations • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) • Identify and implement strategies to drive client retention • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape • Collect client feedback, collaborate with product and engineering teams
