Description

• Understand the solution and relevant markets inside and out to identify potential growth. • Propose and implement sales and delivery strategies that support the company’s go-to-market strategies and business objectives. • Leverage deep understanding of North East Coast and federal EV mandates and incentives programs to advance commercial opportunities. • Pursue strategic business opportunities and close deals. • Open new verticals, generate new use cases and offerings to drive business and sales growth. Drive the scaling and sales replication of new use cases and offerings. • Build, manage and own business partnerships and strategic consultants, etc. • Analyze market feedback to support strategic product decisions. • Manage complex business engagements from initiation to closing. • Seek out and support responses to RFI, RFQ and RFP opportunities. • Work as a trusted advisor for partners globally for both business and technological matters. • Work closely with Presales and Professional Services teams to ensure successful onboarding completion. • Build and maintain effective and constructive relationships with all stakeholders, including customers and other strategic partners, to understand their needs and proactively engage to provide guidance and support. • Work with existing and new customers to scale commercial opportunities

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience working in B2G or B2B sales or business development. • Proven track record of closing business deals. • Experience in managing, nurturing and growing partner ecosystems. • Experience working in a fast-paced environment. • Experience working on mobility issues pertaining to EVs, ports, airports, and/or transit. Undergraduate degree required; graduate degree preferred. • Proven track record in developing and managing complex business engagements from initiation to closing. • Experience in developing high value relationships at the executive level with partners and customers. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Detail-oriented and organized. • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time. • Strong understanding of local EV mandate and incentive regulations and programs - advantage. • Held technical or engineering roles in the past - advantage. • Entrepreneurship experience - advantage.
