Description

• Partner with the wider sales team to develop territory strategy, build pipeline, and drive customer leads. • Help build the foundations of outbound sales at Opal: As a founding member of our outbound sales team, you'll be instrumental in defining our outbound targeting motion. • Identify potential Opal use cases to help grow consumption within customer/prospect accounts. • Provide a great, initial customer experience for Opal prospects • Maintain active inbound and outbound communications with prospects using creative follow-up, including personalized email, cold calling, and social selling.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of outbound sales development experience, preferably in SaaS security tech or a high-growth environment • Energized to be part of the building phase for the revenue team in a hypergrowth company • Passion for customers and a natural empathy for their needs • Growth mindset, viewing challenges as learning opportunities • Creativity and tenacity in outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn, video, social) • Technical understanding of SaaS products and business workflows • Ability to understand technical concepts and genuine enthusiasm for technology • Prior experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and other prospecting tools
