Description

• You are a technology sales professional with a successful track record both as an individual seller and leader in the enterprise space. • You are excited by the prospect of building and leading a dynamic team of account executives while partnering with c-level executives to manage long-term strategic initiatives. • Our Regional Sales Director will report to the VP of Sales, East and will be responsible for hiring, coaching, and driving the performance of a dedicated enterprise sales team. • You will also work in partnership with marketing and leadership to plan and execute strategies and initiatives.

Requirements

• Prior team lead or management experience • Excellent presentation skills. Must have experience presenting to large groups • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal abilities • Experience working with c-level executives • Highly focused on customer solutions and satisfaction • Strong negotiation and motivational skills
