Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in direct advertising or tech sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. • Proven track record of success in selling programmatic advertising solutions. • Demonstrated experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. • Passionate, driven, and highly motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets. • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions. • Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and staying ahead of industry trends. • Add to our culture - Heartbeat 1st, then Algorithm.
