Description

• Thoroughly explaining aspects of buying or leasing to all customers utilizing up-to-date product and pricing information. • Responsible for following up and retention of current and previous customers through direct phone calls and sponsored customer events • Achieve high ratings for customer satisfaction per internal customer surveys and per external measurements (industry surveys) by being highly responsive to customer needs and speedily resolving any customer problems and/or complaints • Upgrade knowledge of Lexus products and services and maintain professional and technical expertise by attending trade shows and/or educational programs, establishing personal networks, reviewing industry publications, and participating in professional societies • Ensure correct handling of all sales transactions by tracking and submitting all necessary documentation. • Ensure regular use of sales prospecting and follow-up systems to increase retail facility business via CDK, Eleads, Automotive Mastermind, etc. • Keep clients informed of any changes prior to delivery.

Requirements

• Current and valid Driver's License. • Minimum of 2 years of automotive sales experience required. Previous Lexus Sales experience preferred. • Excellent customer service experience. • Working knowledge or trainable in automotive retail center computer systems (CDK & Eleads strongly preferred). • Excellent verbal/written communication and organization skills. • Outgoing and patient personality with outstanding customer relations ability. • Professional personal appearance.
