Description
• Begin to build rapport and trust with client contacts • Develop pitches and engage with media • Analyze data to inform engagement strategies • Understand client roster and leverage cross-client opportunities • Stay updated on relevant news and industry trends • Project manage account work and track tasks effectively • Mentor and coach junior team members • Participate in business development activities
Requirements
• 3+ years of professional experience, with a good understanding of communications and client service • Interest in technology and its impact • Ability to work through complex challenges and problem-solving • Accountability and ownership of tasks • Proactiveness and willingness to volunteer for new tasks • Proficiency in organizing workload and time management • Client liaison skills • Competency in industry-specific applications • Strong computer literacy and knowledge of relevant applications • College degree preferred but not required
