• The Business Development Representative (BDR) is a key player in our sales team, focused primarily on outbound prospecting • Research prospects, identify key contacts, and educate, qualify, and develop contacts to generate sales-ready leads and opportunities via outbound prospecting • Develop and execute on cold calling and email campaign strategies to qualify potential customers as a match for Ridepanda’s products and services • Partner with the marketing team to drive interest in Ridepanda’s solutions with events and promotional resources • Monitor and maintain new and existing account information in Hubspot • Diligently meet weekly sales activity goals across phone, email, and social media • Improve the overall sales development process • Identify innovative ways to demonstrate the value of the Ridepanda offering effectively
• Demonstrated curiosity, self-motivation, and a hunger for professional growth • Experience in cold outreach and lead generation, demonstrating a proactive and persistent approach to identifying new opportunities • Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability for meticulous follow-up and record-keeping • Ability to leverage business acumen to articulate value proposition to prospective customers • Optimistic and resilient attitude, prepared to weather the ebbs and flows of a sales role • Flexibility & adaptability in a rapidly changing environment • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Passion for technology and a high level of integrity • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
