Description

• Develop and execute strategies to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities • Represent TLC at conferences and networking events, building relationships with potential clients • Lead engaging introductory meetings with new and existing clients, understanding their business challenges and objectives • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to craft winning proposals • Confidently present TLC solutions, highlighting our unique value proposition • Nurture client relationships throughout the sales process • Achieve monthly KPIs and sales targets • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and provide precise sales forecasts

Requirements

• Proven track record of sales growth in a B2B environment • Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills • Strategic, proactive, and creative mindset • Solid understanding of marketing principles • Proficiency in LinkedIn networking and engagement • Experience in Loyalty/SaaS/Media/B2B sales (desirable) • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
