Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Implementation or Customer Success for B2B SaaS products • Customer-first mindset with strong communication skills • Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks • Ability to communicate customer needs with internal stakeholders • Strong teamwork and information distillation skills • Thrive in fast-paced work environments • Enjoy technical concepts and complex challenges • Willingness to travel • Preferred: Passion for science, chemistry, or artificial intelligence • Preferred: Aptitude for statistics, mathematics
