Description

• Lead a team that serves as the initial and sometimes second point of contact for clients • Generate sales demand and build pipeline revenue through lead development and appointment setting • Formulate quarterly sales development representative plans tailored by account, region, and representative • Design and execute monthly SDR campaigns with targeted messaging and specific goals • Collaborate closely with Marketing & Sales teams to leverage marketing budgets effectively • Train and manage the business development team on core messaging and value-based selling • Support the team in constructing a predictable results pipeline • Maintain a comprehensive dashboard to monitor throughput and outreach effectiveness • Provide performance feedback to foster continual improvement

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience leading business development teams with proven success • 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS technology or Life Sciences preferred • Experience with CRM, outreach, marketing automation platforms (i.e., SalesForce, HubSpot, etc.) • Critical thinker with a growth mindset
