Description

•Support the Head of Coverage in developing and implementing a best-in-class GTM function •Leverage market research to formulate coverage strategies, account prioritization and planning •Conduct research and analysis that leads team members to new business development opportunities •Prepare team members for interactions, meetings and pitches •Formulate GTM key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop related dashboards in conjunction with Data Analytics (DA) team •Prepare and present monthly GTM KPIs •Perform account identification and management by managing outreach cadence, determining sales enablement / account coverage KPIs and reporting to those KPIs •Leverage dashboard data to continuously improve GTM strategies •Own the customer relationship management (CRM) system - Intapp - including but limited to continuous improvement, data integrity and ongoing configuration enhancements •Partner with the Director, Marketing on strategic projects and initiatives •Share and manage best practices as well as lead internal trainings •Support firm development efforts •Contribute to creating a high-performing and inclusive culture

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree from a top undergraduate program •Located or willing to relocate to Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles or New York •Interested in a team-based culture that involves in office four days per week •Five plus years of experience in a similar role •Highly proficient in Excel and Business intelligence / KPI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx and / or Qlikview •Experience with Intapp and / or DealCloud is preferred •Ability to successfully work in a small, collaborative team environment •High degree of maturity with a proven ability to interact with senior executives •Effectively communicates analysis through Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint including high-quality messaging, structure and formatting •Eagerness to be responsive at all times •Excellent written and verbal communication skills including strong e-mail etiquette •Top-tier organizational skills and attention to detail •Self-starter and entrepreneurial spirit
